Our 3 boutique houses should give you a lot of joy and a holiday with unforgettable experiences. On the hill above the Ulcinj saltworks, we have created three high-quality, individually designed houses, which speak for themselves due to their location, architecture and design and equipment.
Our houses are equipped with everything you could wish for a relaxing holiday. The 10 x 4 m long infinity pool, the outdoor kitchen and the outdoor lounge invite you to linger in this place with unique views and atmosphere.

In order to make our guests happy in every way, we offer an extensive breakfast in the morning and also during the day we provide fruit, drinks and other amenities. We obtain the food for this directly from the neighborhood, we attach great importance to natural production and sustainability.

Solana ́s View - what the name means

Solana (in the local language) or Saline (in English) are the 1500 hectare big saltpans. As one of the largest Solanas in the Mediterranean region, it supplied more than half of the former Yugoslavia with salt.

After the Solana were privatized, salt production was stopped in 2013. Today it is a nature park and an important habitat for flamingos, pelicans, spoonbills and another 240 species of birds.

From Solana's View boutique houses you have a unique, unobstructed view on the Solana and the sea beyond until the Albanian Alps.
So don't forget your binoculars to watch the flamingos. Sometimes you will see the pelicans flying over the houses.
